If you are upgrading from 3.0 or 3.6 to WFBS 5.1 be sure to do the folowing:

1. You will need to manually remove 'SMEX' (old version of the messaging security agent). If this is not removed the installation of the new MSA will not work. 

2. The admin password needs to be rather simple. Change the password before starting the upgrade.

Server Crash

Note to self... Do not open a terminal session to the SBS server while a backup is running. Server becomes unresponsive.

The crash dump references ntkrnlmp.exe as the source of the crash. More on this later.
