To rename a user after getting married:
Use Rename User wizard, which will change the display name (Server Management -> Standard Management -> Users ->).
This does not change the user's login name or email alias. Manually edit these after changing the users display name.
Best practice is to do three things:
1. Change the display name - this will show the correct name on outgoing email, etc
2. Rename the user account login name and email alias
3. Add a second email alias and make it the primary alias for the user. You want to keep the old address as a secondary until your user has had a chance to update all of his or her contacts.
